Michelle Griffiths

BAHons Psychology, MSc Health Psychology, Professional Doctorate in Health Psychology in progress (Chartered status)

Michelle is a specialist in behavioural change management and organisational change. She carried out extensive research on the psychology of change whilst studying at Exeter University and the University of the West of England.

Michelle has coached and mentored health professionals for 12 years on a one to one and group basis, helping them to make necessary interventions to further their professions in an ever changing environment

She has researched, evaluated and mediated change within the health service sector. This has included facilitating organisational change for demand management in GP practices, and benchmarking of NHS Plus services

She has also supported the set up of the Bristol central NHS Walk-in Centre, and Disability Conciliation Service, as well as project managing the Department of Health-funded South West Refugee Clinician Programme

Michelle has a uniquely engaging training style that enables delegates to explore their beliefs and values and make necessary interventions to make behavioural adaptations in their working environment.

Michelle also has experience in event management, lifestyle counselling, motivational interviewing/cessation support, weight management, and is a personal trainer and group exercise instructor.
